Download the ZIP file, extract it, read the license (CDDL), and put the two JAR files in your classpath.
NOTE: Users of the NetBeans Rich Client Platform (not the IDE) might want to skip using the version of org-openide-util-lookup.jar we are distributing. Instead, add a dependency on the Lookup API module. In case you do not understand this note, you can safely ignore it :-)
